Hotel Chivasso

I recently stayed at a hotel in Chivasso and had a great experience. the location was perfect as it was right in the center of town and only a short walk from the train station. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, particularly the receptionist who spoke excellent English. Another highlight was the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a good variety of options. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, especially considering it had four beds.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.

It is a very nice hotel situated very close to Chivasso station. The staff was perfect and the room on 2nd floor was good.

The only problem was cold coffee on Saturday morning....

This hotel is a great find! It offers excellent value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to the train station and the shopping area. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The rooms have been recently renovated and are spacious, with comfortable beds. Additionally, the breakfast is a nice added touch, ensuring a good start to the day.

Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

Personnel is very kind, efficient and available. Hotel is right in the city center. Breakfast is well above average. Very suitable for business needs.

Wrong room assigned (but taken care very skillfully by personnel) that was old and appeared not used for a while. Parking is small and sometimes overcrowded therefore not always available (but kindly they offered it).

Comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff, and great location close to shopping and markets. the hotel's staff were extremely helpful and made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. the rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed, including fast wifi and a cozy bed. the hotel's location was perfect for shopping and exploring the local markets, which were amazing. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and cafes that offered delicious food at affordable prices.

Thin walls and small bathroom. the hotel's walls were quite thin, and we could hear some noise from other rooms and the hallway at times.

We stayed at this hotel because of the price and the distance to Turino. We didn't know at the time when booking, but there is a train station 100 meters from the hotel, which was great for us! (noise from the train wasn't an issue either-we had the window open all night and didn't hear one train) It is a cute, cozy hotel that has a wonderful staff. When booking the reservation, there wasn't a place to enter "child/children", so I called and it wasn't a problem to add them. The room we were in was large for European standards, so there was plenty of room for us. Breakfast at the hotel was a typical European breakfast- breads, croissants, cheese, cereal, juices and hot tea. There is a cafe across the street and a good Chinese take-out by the train station that is open late. We liked the hotel and really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is located in a prime location, just a minute away from the shopping area and a huge market on Wednesdays. The beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. The breakfast was satisfying with a good variety to choose from.

The room we were given for four adults had a bunk bed, which was meant for kids and was quite small for the price paid. We also found broken pieces of furniture in the room, and one set of towels was provided for two people.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The cleanliness of the room was perfect and the hotel facilities were great. We were also impressed with the convenient location in the very center of the city, with easy access to the train station and the shopping area. the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

Almost perfect. No negatives to mention.
